Born into a family of educators in the 1950s in Arkansas, Dr. Percy Bland Sr. has been associated with the noble teaching profession for over 40 years. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s from Arkansas State University and his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University. Dr. Bland is a motivational speaker and has done educational consulting throughout North America, Australia, and Asia.
